the moose was excited to receive a request from channel 4 to create a stuffed version of paul o'grady. the finished figure featured on paul's show on 17th November and can be seen here for a short while. the figure was nearly life size and the moose also made a version of paul's beloved dog buster.

apparently paul did not see his stuffyourdoodle until he walked onto set in front of a live audience. after the show he kindly sent a thank you gift - what a gent.

kids modern is a showcase of original, clever, beautifully designed ideas, specially for kids.

the moose will be there being all discerning and that. so should you be.

the moose will be hitting the boards this christmas when 'mother goose' comes to the byre theatre, st. andrews, in december.

she will create a walk-about experience within the theatre, containing stuffed characters and scenes from the pantomine. it will be stuffed full of stuffyourdoodles!

grown up stuff...

if you look closely you'll see a little addition to our logo. yes, the moose is now lucymoose, purveyor of stuffyourdoodles, manufactured at Lucy Moose Studios, (scotland, the earth, the universe ).

that little indicates that we are now a registered trademark. it may not mean much to you but it's a big deal to us, because it protects you from not so lovely imitations.

all of which makes us sound very grown up. but don't worry - we can still be very banana, very banana silly banana.

stuffyourdoodles have been selected to show at falkirk's winter warmth 2009 event, at the park gallery between october 31st and december 31st.

winter warmth showcases original, high quality art and design work from a wealth of artists, designers and
craft makers in Scotland and the UK.

the moose will be helping promote redesign's doing it for the kids touring exhibition, which showcases sustainable design for children.

there are three venues:

100% design, london 24-27 sept

design event 09, newcastle 16-25 oct

design & technology show, birmingham 19-21 nov

who knows, you may meet the moose in person.

dani's hoose ...

the bbc commissioned the moose to make a prop for their cbbc programme 'dani's house'. the 'doodle appears in dani's house in the latest series to be broadcast.
